Touching the Hem of God's Robe

You Don't Have to Navigate the Spiritual Life Alone

What is Spiritual Direction?

Find a Companion to Accompany You
as You Journey Closer to God

Spiritual Direction is a guided journey toward God. A spiritual companion is someone who  travels with you, through consolation and desolation, as you seek to touch the hem of God's robe (Mark 5:28).

Sacred listening and conversation, through prayer, is at the heart of each mentorship session. A spiritual director helps you answer questions about God and the Christian faith, find clarity and peace, seek a deeper union with God, and aid you in discovering God's presence as it envelopes your life. A director can help you discern the God-given path of your life, particularly in areas where you feel most stuck or spiritually dry.

Imago Dei is Latin for “Image of God” — we are all made in the image and likeness of the Divine Creator
(Gen 1:26).

"The soul is in God and God is in the soul, as the fish is in the sea and the sea in the fish.
A fish cannot remain alive and stay fresh for long on the sand."
